Terms and Conditions

Order

Your order is placed via our website, www.cayanorway.com. Upon payment, you must approve our terms of purchase and agree that we will register your information in our customer register as instructed on the website. The purchase is not completed until you have received the order confirmation, which is sent to the email address you provided. In the event of incorrect information applicable price, inventory, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to change or cancel the order after you place your order. Should this become relevant, you will always receive information about this via your email address. If you are not satisfied with any change to your order, you have the option to cancel it at no cost.

Payment

At checkout, you pay by VISA, MasterCard or Amex. The amount will be charged on your card as soon as you have approved the payment. Should the delivery not take place the amount charged will be credited your card by us.

All prices are stated in NOK including VAT.

Delivery

Our delivery time is usually 2-6 business days. The delivery time is calculated from the day after you have placed your order and fulfilled the payment, provided that all items you have ordered are in stock. Once the item has left our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery time and condition passes to the carrier. Caya cannot provide a delivery guarantee for items that were not in stock when the order was placed or that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time may be longer than usual if the carrier is to blame for the delay.

As soon as we receive your order and have fulfilled the payment, we will send you shortly after an order confirmation to your E-mail. In it you will find information about your order. Always check your order confirmation and please contact us if anything seems unclear.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at martin@cayanorway.com and we will agree on how to handle your matter.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please take care of your return reciept.
